Refunds & Returns Policy

At DigiQuin, we prioritize client satisfaction. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or service cancellations may be granted.
1. Service-Based Model
DigiQuin offers digital services, not physical goods. As such, traditional product “returns” do not apply. However, we recognize that circumstances may arise requiring a service refund or cancellation.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The service provided is significantly different from what was agreed.

The deliverables are incomplete and cannot be reasonably rectified.

The service was not initiated and the cancellation was requested within 3 business days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The service has been completed as per agreement.

You change your mind after significant work has commenced.

Delays or dissatisfaction due to lack of client response or unclear instructions.
4. Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing to hello@digiquin.com and include:

Full name and contact details.

Description of the service purchased.

Reason for the refund request.
Requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
6. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If you are dissatisfied, please reach out directly so we can work towards a resolution.
