Rezerve Booking App

Project Summary:
Rezerve is a mobile-first beauty and wellness app that connects clients with top-rated salons and beauty professionals. Designed for both customers and business owners, the app allows for easy appointment booking, trend discovery, secure payments, and full salon management in one sleek package.

Our Role:
We led the mobile development of Rezerve from initial concept to final deployment. Our focus was on building a smooth, user-friendly experience for both sides of the platform—clients looking for services and professionals managing bookings and growing their brand.

Key Features We Developed:

• One-Tap Booking: Designed a quick and intuitive system for booking beauty appointments, complete with real-time availability and calendar syncing.

• Salon Discovery: Integrated geolocation and filters (ratings, services, and reviews) to help users easily find salons that suit their preferences.

• In-App Payments: Implemented a secure, cashless payment system using Stripe for seamless transactions.

• Notifications & Reminders: Set up automated SMS and email reminders to reduce no-shows and keep users engaged.

• Salon Dashboard: Built tools for business owners to manage their staff schedules, service listings, portfolios, and client communication.

• Product Marketplace: Developed an in-app store feature for salons to sell beauty products directly to clients.

Flutter, Firebase, Firestore, Stripe API, Google Maps API, Twilio, Cloud Functions, Figma (for UI), RESTful APIs

Outcome:
Rezerve launched successfully with a 4.8+ average app rating and continues to grow its user base. The app has been praised for its clean UI, ease of use, and the value it brings to both customers and salon owners.
