Welcome to DigiQuin. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions

“Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging DigiQuin for services.

“Services” include all offerings provided by DigiQuin, including but not limited to virtual assistance, customer support, digital solutions, and data processing.
2. Scope of Services
Services are provided based on the specifications agreed upon at the start of the project or as outlined in the service agreement.
3. Payments

Invoices are issued according to the agreed service schedule.

Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared proprietary or sensitive information. This clause remains effective even after the termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all work produced by DigiQuin remains the property of DigiQuin until full payment is received.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service contract with written notice. Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
7. Liability
DigiQuin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
